This white wine was made from red grapes of the Bobal variety. To do this, it was harvested by hand and pressed whole, achieving a pressing yield of less than 45%. That must was left cold with its lees for 3 days to absorb the light color extracted and was fermented after transplanting the clean ones at 14°C. Once mediated, the wine was freshly fermented in French oak barrels.
