SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18°C The great personality that characterizes me is due to the optimal point of maturity of the grapes at the time of the harvest and to a fermentation at 24°C after a maceration for 3 days. I can have precipitations of coloring matter because the filtration was light so as not to compromise my organoleptic qualities. My grape is Garnacha Tintorera, a variety grown in the Mediterranean area. A singular area where the winter is temperate and rainy, and the summer is dry and hot. I stand out for my aroma of fruit and flowers.
