Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs 7 euros throughout the Italian national territory with no minimum spend. For shipping within the EU, shipping with a minimum spend of 50 euros; the shipping fee is 28.00 euros.

Based on the area selected for delivery, we will choose the most suitable courier among SDA, GLS, DHL, POSTA ITALIANE or UPS  for the transport of food at a controlled temperature, if necessary, in this case special isothermal containers are used to guarantee the cold chain.

Order processing usually takes place 2/3 days after purchase if you choose "Credit Card or Paypal" as the payment method. With express courier the times of receiving the goods from the order processing are 2/3 working days for all destinations in the national territory, excluding Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and smaller islands whose expected times are 3/5 working days from order fulfillment.

We pay particular attention to the packaging of our gastronomic specialties. To guarantee the perfect preservation and integrity of perishable products, we use when necessary isothermal packaging for food use in polystyrene and dry ice with "dryice" technology, a gel in a bag that allows you to regulate the internal temperature of the containers to keep the cold chain unchanged . You can also reuse the gel bag at home by placing it in the freezer. Correct conservation is the first rule for a satisfactory sensorial experience of the product and contributes to enhancing its typicality and characteristics.

We recommend that you provide us with a shipping address where we can find someone during working hours as the courier will ask you for a signature for the receipt. You can choose the address of your home, but also of your workplace, of a neighbor, friend or relative. It is essential that someone is present at the address indicated at the time of delivery, in order to avoid delivery delays and storage at the shipper's warehouse.

During the CHECKOUT phase, to facilitate delivery operations, please check that the data such as address (complete with house number) and telephone numbers are correct.

We also invite you to always provide a mobile telephone number, so we will be able to more easily communicate any information relating to the order or shipping problems.
