Fustanova - Aromatic White Wine DO Valencia

Description: Fustanova is an aromatic white wine DO Valencia, produced with Moscatel, Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are harvested during the cool night of August and chilled with carbonated snow during transport to maintain their fruity character. After a delicate pressing, the must undergoes a filmed maceration at low temperature to extract the maximum of the primary aromas. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts and carefully controlling the temperature.
