The manual harvest takes place in the second half of September. For the production of this wine, a selection of the best Tempranillo from Rioja is made. Controlled fermentation at 26o and subsequent aging in American and French oak barrels for 24 months. Its refinement in the bottle is a minimum of 18 months.
